【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthestructures,metalsandsurfaceswhichcanbeprotectedagainstcorrosionbytheapplicationofinternalcathodicprotection,theelectrolyticsolutionsandtheconditionsnecessaryfortheapplicationofinternalcathodicprotectionandgivesguidanceontheapplicationandoperationofaneffectiveinternalcathodicprotectionsystem.Thisstandardappliestotheinternalcathodicprotectionofdomesticwaterheaters,hotandcoldwatertanks,circulatingwaterpipes,condensers,heatexchangersand,generallyspeaking,toeverystructurecontaininganelectrolyticsolutionthatitistechnicallypossibletocathodicallyprotect.Thisstandardappliestometallicstructureswhichcontainstoredorcirculatingwater,whichcanbestagnantorrenewed,coldorhot,drinkingwaterorindustrialwaterandalsotoaqueoussuspension.NOTEElectrolyticsolutionsareassumedtohaveaconductivity>10Siemensm,andapH>4,5.WherethepH<5,5ortheconductivitylessthan10Siemensmsee5.4and6.9.2.2.Thisstandardisapplicabletometallicstructuresmadefromthefollowingontheirownorwithothers:—ironandlowalloysteel;—galvanisedsteel;—copperandcopperalloys;—lead;—tin;—stainlesssteels;—aluminiumandzinc;—titanium.Thisstandardisapplicabletothecathodicprotectionofuncoatedmetals,andofmetalsalreadycoatedwithloworhighinsulationresistancecoatings.
