【摘要】:Theconcentrationoftannininextractsmustbereducedtoanalyticalstrength(4gtanninperL)foranalyses.Vegetabletanninextractsareheterogeneousmixturesofcomponentswithvaryingsolubility.Thesolubilityofsuchextractsisinfluencedbytemperatureandconcentration,whichaffectthedegreeofdispersionandsizeofthecomponentparticles.Whilethesolubilityisbetterinhotwaterthanincoldwater,itisappropriatetodissolveanddisperseanextractinhotwaterandthenletthesolutioncoolslowlytostandardroomtemperature.1.1Thispracticecoversthepreparationofasolutionofliquidextractthatistobeusedinthetanninanalysisofthatextract.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
