【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthemappingfunctionsforapairofon-demandinter-PINXconnectionsusingacircuitmodebasicserviceandthesupplementaryserviceUser-to-UserSignalling(service3)ofapublicISDNatthesametime.InordertoconnectaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetworkExchange(PINX)toanotherPINX,mappingfunctionsarerequiredtoadaptthespecificinterfacesattheCreferencepointtotheapplicationattheQreferencepoint.Assuch,mappingfunctionsprovideforphysicaladaptationtotheinterfaceattheCreferencepoint.MappingfunctionsalsoprovideforthemappingofuserchannelsandsignallinginformationattheQreferencepointtotheappropriatechannelsortimeslotsattheCreferencepoint.TheCandQreferencepointsaredefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.AttheQreferencepointthemappingsprovidea64kbit/sserviceforuserchannelsandapacketmodeserviceforthesignallingchannel.BearerconditioningisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard,exceptforprovidingthelayer2forthesignallingchannelattheQreferencepoint.ScenariomanagementisoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcanbeinterconnectedtoformaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN)andwhichsupportsignallingprotocolsattheQreferencepoint.
