【摘要】:ThispartofISO16000describesaprocedureforthedeterminationofformaldehyde(HCHO)andothercarbonylcompounds(aldehydesandketones)inair.Themethodisspecificforformaldehydebut,withmodification,atleastthirteenothercarbonylcompoundscanbedetectedandquantified.Itissuitablefordeterminationofformaldehydeandothercarbonylcompoundsintheconcentrationrangeofapproximately1μg/mto1mg/m.Thesamplingmethodgivesatime-weightedaverage(TWA)sample.Itcanbeusedforlong-term(1hto24h)orshort-term(5minto60min)samplingofairforformaldehyde.ThispartofISO16000describesasamplingandanalysisprocedureforformaldehydeandothercarbonylcompoundsthatinvolvescollectionfromairontocartridgescoatedwith2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNPH)andsubsequentanalysisbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)withdetectionbyultravioletabsorption[1,3].TheproceduresdescribedarewrittenspecificallyforthesamplingandanalysisofformaldehydeinairusinganadsorbentcartridgeandHPLC.Themethodalsopermitsthedeterminationofotheraldehydesandketonescollectedfromair.ThispartofISO16000isapplicabletothefollowingcarbonylcompounds:FormaldehydeAcetaldehydeAcetoneBenzaldehydeButyraldehydeValeraldehyde2,5-DimethylbenzaldehydeCrotonaldehydeIsovaleraldehydePropionaldehydeHexanalo-Tolualdehydep-Tolualdehydem-Tolualdehydenote:1)InsteadofthenomenclatureaccordingtoIUPACregulations,themorecommonnamesareusedinthisInternationalStandard:formaldehyde:methanalacetaldehyde:ethanalacetone:2-propanonebutyraldehyde:butanalcrotonaldehyde:2-butenalisovaleraldehyde:3-methylbutanalpropionaldehyde:propanalm-tolualdehyde:3-methylbenzaldehydeo-tolualdehyde:2-methylbenzaldehydep-tolualdehyde:4-methylbenzaldehydevaleraldehyde:pentanal
